Is Paleo Right For You?

I have been in the CrossFit community for almost 3 years now and which diet to use is still one of the most hotly debated topics.  Without a doubt, paleo is one of two “standard” CrossFit diets (the other being Zone) and I know a lot of you do it as well.

Having tried paleo myself several times, I have my own opinions about it plusses and minuses.  I think this article from T-Nation summed those up perfectly.  All in all, a very good read for those of you weighing your options.  Also very good for those who are trying to match their fitness goals with the diet that will work best.
